Description of your problem
I have configured the remote pfsense server and messages are coming to graylog via syslog, but from what I see the syntax is not supported and the hostname is missing. That makes distinguishing the different pfSense we are running almost impossible. Graylog takes the parts of filterlog, security, etc. of the messages but the hostname does not define it
