Graylog does not start on Ubuntu

just went thru the steps to install graylog:

Any Idea how to debug this?

Hi toddhb,

look in the logs for graylog at /var/log/graylog/graylog-server to see what it says.

Also try running the command shown in the ExecStart start portion of the service file in a terminal to see is output

Thanks. The log you mentioned stated a missing secret. Fixed that.
