Graylog bypass extractor

It seems that Graylog is bypassing my JSON extractor.
The extractor is supposed to parse the JSON to create different fields.
It was working fine until I created pipelines and rules… but even after deleting those pipelines, the extractor still doesn’t work.
The messages I receive are correctly sent to the right index and the right input.

Does this problem ring a bell for anyone?

What is your message processing order? Systems>Configurations>Message Processors

Thank you for your response, you asked the right question.
Indeed, the “Filter chain” in the configuration was disabled.
