Elasticsearch service stop suddenly

Any time suddenly elasticsearch service stop working.

  • OS Information: CentOS Version 7

  • Package Version: Graylog Version 2.4.3

Am I reading correctly that you’re on Graylog 2.4.3?? If so, I think most folks in the community are going to find it difficult to support a release that’s so far EOL. That aside, what version of Elastic are you running?

Looks like you are running out of memory with Java. It also looks like an old version of Graylog - there are a bunch of older posts on Java and memory in the forum that you can search against… here is one of them:

Yes @aaronsachs we are on too older version. Here is the elasticsearch version.

Problem has been resolved by increase Heap and from last 24 hour elasticsearch is running.
