Could not load Histogram data

Hello …Team;

Now i have been faced "Could not load histogram data " after completed configuration of Graylog
and agent didn’t send the log to server too.

Please kindly help me to solve . I’m newly user of Graylog .

Where exactly did you see the error message?
What’s in the logs of your Graylog and Elasticsearch nodes?
How did you set up and configure Graylog?

I found this error even though i download the ova

Error Message:
