The output buffer is full due to connection to the output target is not set up yet. It seems I have to restart graylog after deleting the output. Is there any way to purge the output buffer for specific output without restart graylog? I am worrying if the restarting could result in losing other messages already in all the buffers (are the buffers in RAM or disk?)

the current outputs are in RAM and this is a known limitation and bug. Upcoming versions will work on this to improve.
