How can I find out the daily log volume on Graylog?
I would appreciate detailed guidance and explanation.

Yes the chart on that page shows the volume every day.
How can I distinguish how many GB of logs I am collecting from which source?
There is a dashboard called “sources” that should show you at least the top sources, if you have lots of sources you may need to edit it to show more. I think it shows the top 15 by default.
