please support as i can’t send any test mails

The Graylog server encountered an error while trying to send an email. This is the detailed error message: org.apache.commons.mail.EmailException: Sending the email to the following server failed : 10.31.69.25:25 (javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: 10.31.69.25, port: 25; nested exception is: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?)

@mbahaa the main parts of the error message is:

Could not connect to SMTP host: 10.31.69.25, port: 25;

and

Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?

you should check with your mail server responsible if and what kind of transport security (ssl, tls) is needed to connect to your Mailserver.
