After upgrade, new created exctrator not showing in searchs

Hi

After upgraded from 3.0 to 3.2.4+a407287 i just created a new exctrator (like an existant one) named “Postfix_src_connection_rate_limit_exceeded”

But not showing in searchs :

How can i debug this ? Or i missed something ?
Seems nothing particular in logs.
Empty my browser cache and try different broswers

Thanks

  1. You posted, that you created extractor, but try to find it in list of fields.
  2. Extractors are situated in the Input configuration. Try to check System - Input - Manage extractors.
  3. If you want to debug already created extractor, best way is to edit it and load message for checking if it’s working. Click on Wrong example? You can load another message. Insert Message ID and index and after that click on button Try against example to test if it works. If it works, Extractor preview should list extracted field example.

Yes
2. Extractors are situated in the Input configuration. Try to check System - Input - Manage extractors.
It is present in this section
3. If you want to debug already created extractor, best way is to edit it and load message for checking if it’s working. Click on Wrong example? You can load another message . Yes my regular expression with test message works perfectly

I just notice this kinds of logs, restart graylog service and the extractor appears now  (note : Yesterday, already restart the service and has no effect )

Any advice about that ?

sorry from the given information I can only say “it must be something in the extractor that does not match the message”.
