95th,99th,98th Percentile calculation in graylog for application logs

Hi ,

Requirement in plotting dashboards where need to calculate the 95th, 99th percentile for applications.
currently the setup is streaming application logs to graylog input via fluentd. Need to calculate the percentile on response/execution time. Any suggestions would help?
