# Wrong gl2\_remote\_ip using docker

To mount a docker graylog 3.1 server using the site docker compose. [https://docs.graylog.org/en/3.1/pages/installation/docker.html](https://docs.graylog.org/en/3.1/pages/installation/docker.html)

When a new server sent logs appears the gl2 remote\_ip looks correct. When I restart the docker gl2\_remote\_ip gets the ip from the docker network.
