Unable to decode raw message

Hello, my graylog server log is getting spammed with the following errors:

10.x.y.z is IP of graylog box.

Upon reading it, it seems that my win server hosting DHCP is sending these logs which are generating the errors. All other logs seem to come in without issue. What exactly is causing this? It seems to me that the logs being sent start with <##> which is causing the decode error.

What would be the best way to remedy this? I am trying to systematically clean up all the errors so that the server log is more meaningful.

Thanks

Please disregard. I am a dummy. It was the graylog box not having dhclient properly shut down after setting static IP.
