Throughput but no data

Hello

Im trying to receive syslog data from a cyberoam router device

I can see there is throughput on the manage input section. its showing many messages per a second

however no data is coming through to search area

I have tried restarting the server and ive also checked that the time zone settings are correct as well

Any help is greatly appreciated

Try to use Raw TCP/UDP Input first, to check if it works. Either graylog don’t like syslog format or there is problem with timestamps (in future, or past).
