# SL4j error Failed to load class

Hi everyone, I have error sl4f but my system is active and running right now. Could you please suggest something for solving this problem.

Did you go to the suggested web site and look at the solutions there? Other than that showing up is there any other issue? What versions of things do you have (java, elasticsearch, Graylog… ) I shouldn’t have to search through your other posts… tips for gathering information of your posts [here](https://community.graylog.org/t/tips-for-posting-questions-that-get-answers/21828) and [here](https://community.graylog.org/t/how-to-post-a-question-in-the-community-that-gets-responses/20879)
