Setup setup handler via CLI/config/environment variables

I’m using graylog docker image, and I would like to create UDP 12201 graylog handler programmatically/inside the docker image

However I cannot find way to do that – neither the CLI commands allowing me to do so, nor which environment variables to set in graylog docker file in acchieving this goal.

GrayLog has an extensive REST API that allows to perform almost any operation using it. Please refer to the documentation:
