# No messages in dashboard after index rotation

Hi guys

I’m facing an issue every time that i have a index rotation, after that i have to go manually and recalculate index ranges to be able to see them again in the search dashboard.

I couldn’t find any logs under graylog, mongo or elasticsearch that mention that there is an issue

Here is an screenshot how those indices looks, it’s weird

I’m running Graylog 3.3.9, Mongo 4 and Elasticsearch 6.8.8

I have another environment with the same config and i don’t see that issue. can you help me where to check?
