1. Markup in event definition description:

Is it somehow possible to use markup in some way so when we put out an email alert a well made up procedure can be given if an email alert is triggered. Now everything becomes one sentence in Graylog 6.0.

2. Describe your environment:

  • Rocky Linux 8.X

  • Graylog Open 6.0

3. Tried using HTML but it did not work

Not really a clear explanation, but in the template we have stated:

Remediation: ${event_remediation_steps}

Remediation${event_remediation_steps}

And we look what is going to happen.

Sorry I wasn’t clear, this is a feature that will be added in an upcoming release. It looks like there is a commit awaiting verification so it could be available within 6.4/7.0.

If it’s possible, this would be a great excuse to get the system updated.
