Hello && Welcome

Maybe I can help and before I do I noticed the “link” in your post doesnt work hence “127.0.0.1” is not a public address or a domain in this case.

 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex016/uploads/graylog/original/2X/1/1d32de91a3f744f8287c44a2ef03e4ec3228687e.png)

This link should give you some ideas what to look for.
[https://community.graylog.org/t/community-posting-guidelines/6649](https://community.graylog.org/t/community-posting-guidelines/6649)

Also your input, posting your input configuration should look something like this.

```auto
bind_address: 0.0.0.0
max_message_size: 2097152
number_worker_threads: 8
override_source: port: 5555
recv_buffer_size: 262144
tcp_keepalive: false
tls_cert_file:
tls_client_auth: disabled
tls_client_auth_cert_file:
tls_enable: false
tls_key_file:
tls_key_password:
use_null_delimiter: false
```

Could you explain in greater detail what your problem is?
Can you post any configuration and/or logs that pertain to this issue from your Graylog server? This would help us help you 🙂

Unfortunately I’m not Customer Support 🙂 I’m just here to help if I can.

Did not know it was a Docker installation. I might not be much help but again, to help you solve your issue we would need to see your configuration and/or your log files from graylog.
