# Inquiry whether the dependency for MongoDB in version 7.x can/should not be increased to 8.x?

Hi,

my question is whether the dependency for MongoDB in version 7.x can/should not be increased to 8.x?

I have tried MongoDB 8.0.9 for Graylog CE Edition on Archlinux and can’t find any problems?
