# Graylog web interface can not reach?

Deal all,  
I have a question that how can confirm graylog web interface service ?  
I install the graylog with the graylog ovf but i do know why i can not reach the web ?

Hi Jan,  
I look the server.log , here are my error log detail, how can i resolve it?

2020-03-25T14:36:03.365+08:00 ERROR [Cluster] Couldn’t read cluster health for indices [graylog\ __, gl-events\__ , gl-system-events\_\*] (Could not connect to [http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9200](http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9200))  
2020-03-25T14:36:03.366+08:00 INFO [IndexerClusterCheckerThread] Indexer not fully initialized yet. Skipping periodic cluster check.
