# Graylog logs are coming, but the stream is empty

graylog logs are coming, but the stream is empty

Ubuntu 22

Hi guys,

I follow after the installation of Graylog 5  
in this website - [Graylog 5.0 basic installation on Ubuntu 22.04 – Ramblings of an All In One Admin](https://allinoneadmin.eu/2023/01/08/graylog-5-0-basic-installation-on-ubuntu-22-04/)  
I see that the logs are coming but I am not able to see the logs in Graylog.  
Timezone is the same  
User _admin_:

Where could the problem be?

What timezone is the log source using? I’m guessing it’s ahead or behind. This kind of problem is generally because of timezone difference.

Now I saw that I have a problem only with the Fortigate device sending to Graylog syslogs.  
Cisco switch sending logs and I see them in Gralog server
