We create an entry for ipfix udp to receive the citrix traffic that the ipfix collector has configured but it gives me the following error “[DecodingProcessor] Error processing message RawMessage” in the graylog server logs and I cannot visualize the data that it enters.

IpfixException: Missing information element definitions for private enterprise number 5951

Please what is the solution for this error? the input was not configured with any json file maybe that is it?
