# Empty Message evaluated

Under message evaluated tab(for a resolved alert) I don’t see any messages, even though the timestamp says that there was a message in that time range.  
Also when I go to Open in search page no message found for the specified time range.

I see this for most of the resolved alerts with very few exception.

Please let me know if anyone has faced similar issues. Any lead would be helpful
