I am new to Graylog, testing the open source product to evaluate its use. I have follow this guide to the letter: [https://docs.graylog.org/en/4.0/pages/installation/os/ubuntu.html](https://docs.graylog.org/en/4.0/pages/installation/os/ubuntu.html) BUT…I cannot get the graylog web console page to load. I’m guessing it might be something I have missed in the .conf file. But I have tweaked the http\_bind\_address so it reflects the internal IP of the VM I have it hosted on. Any ideas? Happy to share conf file if needed. ---

What are the actual errors that you’re seeing? Can you also post your redacted config? ---
