Cannot list decorators type inside stream

Hi!

I would like to know what permissions i have to assign to a role to be able to list all type of decorators on a stream with a non-admin role. We have retrieved the full existing list of permissions from api and set them to a non-admin role but even so we can not list the types of decorators.

Could you lend a hand with this?
