# AWS Kinesis/Cloudwatch

Hi,  
We have graylog running on AWS account A and want to ship cloudwatch logs from AWS account B. We have created a AWS access key in AWS account B. But It seems that we need to user a role as well. Should we create a new role in AWS account B and assume this role when creating the input stream.
