# Alerts not getting displayed in graylog UI

Hi Team,  
i can see in event defination page 1 alert is triggered message but when i check the alert/event page it didnt show me any alert messages. also i can see in the logs i get  
Graylog logs is full and Couldn’t find event definition with ID”

can anyone help here to overcome this issue.

any clue how can i delete the old events from graylog as i can see around 700000 events are displaying in past …

By chance did you expand the time range as shown below?

Are all you service running (i.e. Elasticsearch, Graylog, and MongoDb)?

To help further troubleshoot your issue it would be helpful to have more information.
